Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Vu Hong Ha took a PhD degree in Food Science from Lincoln University, New Zealand in 2012. 

Main research directions: 

  • Postharvest technology
  • Anti-nutritional compounds in food
  • Utilization of agro-industrial waste

Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Vu Hong Ha has been participating in and managing 13 domestic and international projects. She is the main author of 34 papers published in the prestigious international journal ISI/Scopus, 12 papers in the proceedings of international conferences, 01 book chapter published by CRC press. 

Awards: National Science and Technology Innovation; Certificate of Merit for Creative Young Scientist; Outstanding scientific publication.
