Dr. Duong Tuan Hung
Dr. Duong Tuan Hung obtained his Ph.D. in Chemistry at the University of Illinois at Urbana - Champaign thanks to a fellowship from Vietnam Education Foundation (VEF) in 2009.
His academic research focuses on:
- Analytical chemistry
- Food chemistry
- Environmental chemistry
- Renewable energy
- Electrocatalysis
- Water treatment
- Air pollution
His work and teaching are highlighted by several awards and many papers in peer-reviewed national and international journals, patents… Notably, Dr. Hung was named one of “The Best Young Talented Vietnamese Researchers” by the Ministry of Science and Technology meeting with Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung in 2015. He has participated and contributed significantly to many projects at national and academy levels specialized in environmental treatment, science, and technology research and development.
