Asso. Prof. Dr. Ta Thi Minh Ngoc received her PhD in Food Science from the University of Burgundy (France) in 2005. Main research directions: (i) Recovery of plant and animal fibers from food by-products; (ii) Microencapsulation technology for biologically active natural substances. 

Asso. Prof. Dr. Minh Ngoc has authored 31 publications in esteemed domestic and international journals, including 13 scientific articles in reputable international journals, and holds 01 Utility solution.
