Dr. Vu Dang Hoang earned his Ph.D. in pharmaceutics from the University of Strathclyde, UK, in 2005. Since 2007, he has been a lecturer in the Faculty of Analytical Chemistry and Drug Testing at Hanoi University of Pharmacy, Vietnam. In 2015, he was promoted to the rank of Associate Professor in Drug Quality Control. His research expertise encompasses the physicochemical characterization of topical drug delivery systems, focusing on optimizing their performance and stability. He also specializes in developing chemometrics-based analytical methods for the precise and efficient analysis of pharmaceuticals in dosage forms and biological fluids. His work integrates cutting-edge approaches, such as quantum chemical calculations, to elucidate molecular mechanisms and enhance understanding at the atomic level.
Dr. Vu Dang Hoang has made significant contributions to the field, authoring over 60 peer-reviewed articles, with a current h-index of 19. Additionally, he has edited five comprehensive books on analytical chemistry.
